I had her cute B-day outfit all ready so everyone would know it was her special day. We had lots of people notice and complement her.a
A funny thing happened after halftime. Well Russ had got us both hot dogs and nachos. Well we took turns holding Ava while the other person would eat. Well when we were done Russ was holding both her AND the nachos. She had showed absolutely no interest in them. Then all of a sudden she smacked the tray and chips went EVERYWHERE. Literally all over us AND WORST OF ALL on the couple sitting below us startling them I'm sure they quickly turned around wondering what it was. Luckily it was only the chips and NOT the cheese. That would have been so much worse. We apologized and blamed it on Ava haha.. kind of. We're the dummies that should've kept her away from it. The couple was so nice and understanding. We ended up talking to them a lot after that. They also had a little girl close to Ava's age and had similar stories of how their own daughter had embarrassed them. haha SOO it was all good. Next time we will keep the food FAR away.

Later on we gave her a chocolate cupcake and sang Happy Birthday to her AGAIN! She LOVED the chocolate. I can't believe my little peek-a-boo is already 1 wow where has the time gone. I really feel like time goes by so much more quickly now that we have her. I love every second of every day and I wouldn't trade all the poopy diapers and temper tantrums she throws for anything. I LOVE being a mommy and we love being parents. It truly is an incredible journey and every day is something memorable. She is learning more things and I am so proud of her!
