Memorial Day

Okay so I've been slow at blogging about last weekend. So, since little baby Ava is taking her mid day nap I'm gonna take advantage and get on with it. We had such a fun day Monday. We got back from yellowstone about 12:30pm and I hurried showering and we met up with Russell's family at the new park in Cedar Hills. We all brought lunch and his sister Kim brought cupcakes to celebrate Becky's, his other sisters birthday. It was such a fun afternoon. The playground had tall slides that was fun for the kids and adults. And we learned one thing that Lucky our dog is not afraid of, SLIDES! Is was so funny. Everytime Russell would go down a slide Lucky would follow him and go down himself. Over and over again. The first time Lucky went down we thought it was a mistake and that he wouldn't again. But he must have liked it cuz he kept doing it.

3 Months Old

I can't believe my little princess is already 3 MoNtHs OLD! Look how much she has changed.


This one one was taken the day she was born.

This was the first time she really studied my face, and got a good look at me.

Now here she is at 3 months. Wow, she looks so different. No more puffy eyes, puffy face. She looks like a baby instead of a helpless infant. I just love her so MUCH!!

Play Dates

So Alisha and I have started having playdates with our daughters. Even though they are 3 years apart, that's okay they will still be friends. The first pic is us yesterday afternoon. It looked like a nice sunny day but it was windy and kinda cold. But still fun. Little Ava was not happy in the pic below, she was screaming her head off. Poor girl.

This was her after the drive home. I guess all she needed was a nap. Love you baby girl :)

This pic was taken a few weeks ago on our first playdate. It was a really nice hot day, perfect weather. But still she was mad in the pic. The reason she's always upset is by the time we take a pic is when her patience has expired. Next time we need to take a pic at the beginning when she is happy.

Baby's First 4-Wheeling

Finally the weather is getting warm and sunny again. So yesterday evening we took Little A out on the 4-wheeler. We just went super slow on the little trails on the hills behind our house. Ava loved it. She was making all sorts of funny sounds, ""Aaahhh, aaaww, awwe, ehhhh.." Her way of letting us know she was enjoying herself. Here are a few pics.
